The Iemanj\u00e1\u2019s Festivity is celebrated on February 2nd, in all towns and villages of Tinhar\u00e9 Island, and, of course, in Morro de S\u00e3o Paulo as well. It is a day of devotion, batuques and offerings in honor of the Queen of the Sea. A traditional festivity of great faith and religiosity.
